March 19 Trolley Tour | TOWN OF BILTMORE FOREST: (https://www.biltmoreforest.org)

Town of Biltmore Forest issued the following announcement on Feb. 28.

Join us on a 45- to 60-minute nonstop tour of a route through Biltmore Forest on a classic Gray Line Trolley. Members of the 100th Anniversary

History Committee will be giving brief descriptions of points of interest relating to people and events in our Town’s history.

Non-stop means no one is walking or parking near your property, and everyone stays warm and dry throughout the tour.

This will be both informative and entertaining. Tidbits you will hear will include fun blasts from the past, as well as surprises and

informative tidbits. Each tour is limited to 30 riders, first come first served, due to the number of seats on the bus.

The tours start at 2 pm and 3:30p.m on Sunday, March 19. (Please note the change from earlier newsletters about the second tour’s start time).

Please sign up by emailing bfanniversary@biltmoreforest.org with “tour” in subject line.

State the names of Biltmore Forest residents whom you are enrolling, the start time you prefer, 2 or 3:30, and

whether you are willing to be assigned to either of the times.

We invite you to add fun content for our tour. Contact us at the same email address with your own 1-2 minute anecdotes for mention on the tour.

Please share your stories, giving as much “who, what, when, where, why and how” information as needed to help us convey the uniqueness of your anecdote.

Good-quality digital photos of the site you’re thinking of, especially any special architectural detail[s] of it, would be great to submit as well, if you

are willing to share. Get your information to us via email, specifying “anecdote” in the subject line, to: bfanniversary@biltmoreforest.org.
